If we have a long lead time we kindly ask for a small initial deposit, typically 1 or 2% to cover our administrational costs and secure your position within our manufacturing schedule. Once we approach the design and planning phase of your project, typically 6 to 8 weeks prior to manufacture, we conduct a site visit to take manufacturing dimensions and discuss the details, hardware options etc. We then ask for 50% of the manufacturing estimate minus the initial deposit. Once we have completed manufacture and are applying the finish while waiting for any glazing units to be manufactured we ask for the remainder if the manufacturing element. The fitting element of the estimate is due upon completion of the installation.
